Seriously, once! Everyone is mature and respectful.ĥ) There are some kids in the neighboorhood, but they're not loud and overbearing. I barely see them, which is great! In the 3 months that I've been here, I've probably actually heard a neighbor ONCE. And people actually pick up their dog poop, so no worries there.Ĥ) My neighbors are quiet and friendly. If you like to workout outside instead, people don't drive 100 miles per hour in the neighborhood, so you can walk/run around just fine.
Okay, it's not a natural lake, but the wildlife and beauty of the lake are real.Ģ) The groundsmen, vendors, pest control team are all professional, respectful, and do a great job.ģ) We have a gym and tennis court that's always kept clean and available for use. The community is beautiful (there's a whole lake is my backyard) and the staff is friendly. The neighboorhood is really quiet and peaceful.
